What are credits?
Credits are the currency used to create scraping orders and enrich data. Different operations cost different amounts of credits depending on complexity.
Do purchased credits expire?
No! Pay-as-you-go credits never expire. Subscription credits remain as long as your subscription is active and stack with each renewal.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Unused subscription credits are removed when you cancel. However, any credits you purchased separately (pay-as-you-go) are yours to keep forever.
Can I have both a subscription and buy credits?
Absolutely! Your subscription credits are used first when creating orders. Once those are used, your purchased credits kick in as a backup.
Refunds & cancellations
- Subscriptions are billed in advance and you can cancel anytime from your billing dashboard — you keep access through the end of the current billing period.
- Prepaid credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused, unexpired credits can be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase.
- Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with no card required, so you can evaluate before you pay.
